Reservations are accepted only with payment at time of booking: We accept all major credit cards. All transactions are processed at the time of booking. STC Tours is not responsible for typographical errors. All prices are subject to change without notice. Travel insurance is recommended for all tours. Cancellations will be accepted on a conditional basis. We attempt to resell seats but do not guarantee to do so. If not resold, the customer is still obligated to pay for the non-sold/non-cancelable parts of the package. Any change, refund or cancellation will incur a $25 per person service charge. No-shows will forfeit the entire payment. Responsibility: STC Tours, the tour operator and its agents will act as representatives for passengers in all matters concerning tours, meals, attractions, and transportation. STC Tours does not assume liability for uncontrollable circumstances such as traffic, inclement weather or delays. We do have the right to substitute with comparable services. STC Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour, in which case you will receive full reimbursement. Identification: It is the responsibility of each passenger to carry identification and documents allowing unrestricted travel to the destinations offered in these tours. STC Tours, cannot be held responsible and will make no refund whatsoever for the unused portion of any tour caused by lack of proper identification and documentation. Please Note: STC Tours reserves the right to decline, to accept, or decline to retain on a tour, any person whose conduct, in the sole opinion of the tour operator, would in any manner, be prejudicial to the good order of the tour or the enjoyment by others of the tour.
